Local Anzac Stories

To acknowledge the Anzac centenary  Yarra Plenty Regional Library will gather and publish local World War One Stories telling the stories of our men and women from WhittleseaNillumbik and Banyule who served in any capacity in World War One.
Do you have a story to tell?  Have you researched a local story?  We are looking for stories about local people, including local soldiers who did not return, local soldiers who did return, including those who returned and settled locally, the community push for war memorials and avenues of honour, home front stories, as well as copies of letters, postcards and photos  and any other related stories.
