Local History Month at YPRL kicked off successfully on the weekend with the Whittlesea Cemeteries Day with the morning spent at Mill Park Library and an excellent talk by Cemetery historian David Weatherwill and then Lindsay Mann led a very interesting tour of the Yan Yean Cemetery.
We are looking forward to visiting historical Eltham on Thursday night at Eltham Library with a slide show of historical images.
