The Eltham
Mudbrick Tour is becoming an annual institution in Eltham operating each
October, organised as a fundraiser by the Eltham High School Music Program. It
was recently promoted as world class architecture in design and construction. In
2012 Eltham Library featured as part of the tour. Basic Illustrated booklets have been produced
to accompany tour participants as they tour the builidings and they provide
(unsourced) descriptions of the houses and their histories.
Eltham’s
local history collection now holds these guides for the last three years. Some loan copies are also available.
