Laughing Waters Road is a secluded area of bushland in Eltham, and is the site of many rich stories in the history of the suburb. A new local history project will weave together the narratives of this special place.  ‘Laughing Waters Stories’ is a project supported by the Department of Sustainability, Environment, Water, Population and Communities and Nillumbik Shire Council. Come along and learn about the fascinating history of Laughing Waters Road – its rich Wurundjeri past, the farming stories, the work of artists and its important role as part of the Yarra Valley Parklands.  Please join us to hear some of these stories, and share your own stories or memories of Laughing Waters.
